Our talent network, engineers, designers, marketers, CRM operators, PMs, and senior EAs, is built across Africa, one of the fastest-growing talent markets in the world, backed by the same account standard every client works with.
Every account is paired with a dedicated LeapTra account manager. Product, distribution, brand, and talent all run against the same target, that coordination is the actual work, not a separate feature of it.
Currently 40+ operators placed inside 15 US Organizations, with 200+ placements shipped to date. We take on new placements at a pace we can properly support, not faster.
